When I came up without everything I needed and had to get back to the train station, Jim handled it with patience, helped me figure everything out, and even drove me and my friend there so we could get home at a decent hour. He always answered his calls, took me to the DMV to make sure the transit permit was handled, came to finish the buy a day before Medical proceedure, and made the whole process easy.

Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Excellent transparency, above-and-beyond customer service, good man, good car. I’d rather drive 300–400 miles from Maine back to Jim than buy from some rando Facebook Marketplace seller, or some money hungry big time dealership ever again.
